主要特性如下：

1. 本 HAT(Hardware Attached on Top )是一做為Raspberry Pi 3 B、3 B+、3 A+或Raspberry Pi
    Zero W 的都卜勒雷達應用模組。

2. 本 HAT使用 RCWL-0516微波雷達感應模組，其雷達訊號與偵測處理在樹莓派 3 上執行，因此本 Type B
    模組移除了RCWL-9196 晶片。

3. 經由在樹莓派 3 上執行的雷達應用軟體，增進了 RCWL-0516 模組的智能功能與雷達物聯網(Radar IoT)
    能力。

4. 適用於學校、教育單位有關都卜勒雷達( Doppler Radar)的教學應用。

5. 適用於個人(Maker)開發自主性的雷達應用情境：都卜勒速率量測，燈光開闢自動控制及居家安全監控。

6. 可配合深層神經網絡(DNN)學習，將都卜勒佔用檢測(Occupancy Detection)用於智慧型建築物之照明、
    暖氣、通風及空調(HVAC)的節能控制。

6. 增加微波雷達的軟體應用知識與技能。

The main features:

1. This HAT(Hardware Attached on Top ) is a Doppler radar application module for Raspberry
     Pi 3B, 3 B +, 3 A + or Raspberry Pi Zero W。

2. This HAT uses RCWL-0516 microwave radar sensor module, its radar signal and detection
    processing are performed on the Raspberry Pi 3. Therefore, this Type B module has     
    removed RCWL-9196 chip.

3. The radar application software running on the Raspberry Pi 3 enhances the intelligent
    functions and Radar IoT capabilities of the RCWL-0516 module

4. Applicable to the teaching of Doppler radar in schools or education units。

5. Applicable to individual (Maker) development of autonomous radar application situation:
    doppler rate measurement, vehicle speed measurement, lighting open automatic control     
    and home security monitoring。

6. In conjunction with deep neural network (DNN) learning, Doppler occupancy detection is
    used for energy-saving control of lighting, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)
